Discovery
During discovery, our staff will conduct an interview to evaluate the types of services you require. Our staff will then evaluate the data collected during the interview and present any additional findings, questions and/or concerns during a follow-up discussion. Strategic
Understanding your brand, market and target audience is a vital asset to producing the correct website design and functionality. During this phase of the process, we generally work with our client's marketing team or seek outside expertise from one of our marketing experts.

Design
Before our designers create a layout, our designers typically conduct a pre-design interview with our clients. This critical step provides our clients with the opportunity to express any design requirements and expectations they may have.

Cutup & Development
The term "cutup" refers the process of turning the design image to a partially functional website. Once the cutup is completed, our clients are provided with a link to our internal Q&A servers. This URL allows our clients to review the progress of development and provides a solid testing environment once the development is completed.

Site Review
Our clients use the URL provided to them in the cutup phase to review the completed website. During this phase, our clients have the opportunity to see the website in a fully functional state.

Launch and Future Management
Our launch process includes website migration to the production (live) server, modification of domain name servers, configuration of our name servers, email setup and training on any custom applications we've implemented. We can take care of everything for you, without experiencing downtime.
