The process of not only driving users to your site, but having them interact and use your services in a way that is meaningful to your business.

Site management methods

Content Management System
A web application which enables people to make modifications to the content of a website without any technical background. We have developed a custom, easy to use, intuitive, Content Management System (CMS) that can be installed on any website to help you make changes without having to write any HTML or code.

Retainers
We can establish a continuing relationship with your business for an ongoing monthly charge. This monthly payment will cover modifications or additions to your site, and is a worthwhile investment if you foresee any upcoming changes or added complexities beyond the content level of your site.

In-house Developers
At Brattle we do the development of your website in our offices. We do not outsource development work to other companies or other countries. This enables us to have a higher level of quality control and more closely monitor the work we produce.

Expandability Requirements
We will prepare your website to grow with your business. We take into account your company's goals and design your website to be prepared to meet those goals. 

Hosting Requirements
Hosting is the technical term used to describe where a website is stored and how it is accessed by others. We can find ways to work with your site's requirements or around any restrictions you might have.  There are certain restrictions inherent in different languages or technologies.

Modification of domain name servers
This refers to the process of propagation. Propagation is the amount of time it takes for the majority of servers on the internet to be notified about a change in the "location" of your website. After propagation has occurred you will have the ability to type in your web address and arrive at your site on the new hosting environment.

Mashup
A combination of two or more APIs connected together to provide a new level of functionality and usability.

API - Application Programming Interface
A set of procedures and functions made publicly accessible to enable people to customize applications and to integrate them with their services on a lower level. We can utilize these to add increased functionality to your site or as part of a mashup.

Payment gateway integration
We are an approved Authhorize.NET reseller with years of experience which enables us to meet any e-commerce need that you may have.

Full membership management system
We can create a system that will enable you to manage and track your website's members in an efficient and simple manner.

At Brattle we will architect a custom solution for your business. This means designing a custom solution from the ground up to fit your needs and your business.

We provide in-house training. This means we will help you understand everything about your web solution. We will personally guide you through how everything works and everything you need to know to fully utilize the solution we have developed for you.
