Sage MAS 90 Integration

Project Background

As part of Total MRO’s website redesign and development effort they called on us to integrate their online store with their backend ERP system, Sage MAS 90. Their new website was to include a product catalog and online ordering system. The best solution to streamline their order processing was to directly integrate their online store with their Sage MAS 90 system.

Project Implementation

With our servers connected over a VPN we are utilizing the InSynch module to facilitate communication between our SQL Server and their MAS 90 system. This module pushes and pulls data in real time from their server to our server and vice versa. As soon as an order comes in from the web it is stored in our database and immediately queued to be delivered to the Sage MAS 90 system. Once pulled into Total MRO’s system it is treated just as any other order taken over the phone, fax, or in person. The appropriate fields and tables are adjusted and the updated data is synched back to our web server. This integration not only enables Total MRO receive orders in real time but also allows us to keep inventory levels, customer account information, and products current on the website without any manual effort.
