The sales team at BCG is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to continue to drive our growth and success with on of our spin-off products.

The Business Development Executive position is responsible for successfully selling the SubItUp.com value proposition to leads generated through both inbound and outbound marketing efforts, mostly over the phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in SubItUp.com offering and online scheduling software
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Take a consultative sales approach to make prospects aware of the benefits of implementing online scheduling software
  • Follow up on and be responsible for qualifying inbound leads
  • Prospect through cold calling and email marketing
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stake holders to grow new business
  • Perform online demonstrations/sales presentations of SubItUp's online scheduling software to highly qualified prospects.
  • Work both collaboratively and independently to implement and execute sales and marketing initiatives
  • Be a team player within the business; bring fresh ideas and strategies that align to our company vision and values.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • 2 - 5 years of selling experience operating within a web technologies or online product environment.
  • Experience within a sales team that produces and exceeds their goals consistently. Such experience within a software company is highly desired.
  • Comfortable engaging and presenting to high level decision makers
  • A high work ethic, energy, passion, sense of humor, enthusiasm and a record of success
  • Superior communications skills, well rounded in all aspects of business development
  • Exceptional closing & relationship management skills
  • Strong skills within the following programs: MS Office Suite and Salesforce.com

Required Education:
B.A. or B.S. degree
